The Kaziranga National Park, famous for its’ one-horned rhino, is another birders paradise. Visit the refreshing lush green tea gardens of Assam and enjoy a relaxed stay and re-energize yourself.

  • Arrival in Guwahati in the first half of the day/afternoon. Relax and refresh yourself before heading out for an immersive assam experience. Go for the sunset Brahmaputra Cruise. Evening to relax in Guwahati (Try out your first authentic Assamese meal) Overnight in Guwahati.

  • Enjoy the breakfast then start your drive to Kaziranga. The drive is long, but through nice roads along the countryside of Assam. Reach your property by the early evening and then step out to the Kohora Orchid Park for a cultural show.

  • Enjoy the elephant or jeep safari in the morning. Post lunch go for off-roading experience to Kakochang waterfalls. Overnight in Kaziranga.

  • Post breakfast, start your journey to visit Panbari Village for an ethnic Mising Lunch. You can go for a village walk and then drive towards your night stay at the Tea Estate.

  • Wake up early today and post breakfast start for your first ferry ride to Majuli – the largest river island. On arrival in Majuli soak in the enticing village experience. Visit the pottery village, mask making village and the Xatras of Majuli. Have lunch at a locals house in Majuli. Take the last ferry back to Jorhat for overnight stay.

  • Time to bid good bye. You can take a flight from Jorhat for your onward journey or drive back to Guwahati to board your flight back home, carrying the memories of a thrilling, immersive trip with you.
